Vice President/Director
Cliff Lynch was born in New Haven and is a long-time resident of Woodbridge. He graduated from Amity High School in 1998, Quinnipiac University in 2002 and Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, GA in 2004. He has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer in the State of Connecticut since 2005.
Cliff is a member of the Knights of St. Patrick and New Haven Elks Lodge 25. He is an active member to the Greater New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee and was honored to serve as the 2017 Grand Marshal of the Parade. Cliff is a parishioner of Our Lady of the Assumption Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus Trinity Council # 5467. Cliff and his wife Shannon reside in Woodbridge.

Joe Monahan was born in New Haven the son of the late New Haven Police Captain Joseph and Helen Butler Monahan and has been a lifelong New Haven area resident.
He is a graduate of Notre Dame High School, Quinnipiac University with an associate degree and the University of New Haven with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Having a keen interest in funeral service he entered into The McAllister School of Embalming in New York City graduating with honors. While in school in New York Joe worked for funeral homes in the City. After graduation he continued in funeral service with the D'Onofrio Funeral Home of Wooster Square New Haven where he did his apprenticeship and continued as a licensed funeral director and embalmer. He was there until he joined Cox, Smith & Crimmins Funeral home in 1972 as funeral director-owner, a position he still maintains today.
Joe is an avid horse-animal lover. He is a long-time member of The Bethany Horsemen, a member of the Irish American Community Center-New Haven Gaelic Football & Hurling Club and a parishioner of Church of the Assumption in Woodbridge. He has spent his entire career in funeral service serving families with compassion, honesty and integrity.
